By phone on 0208 619 1066. Our sales office is open Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5:30pm. Payment will be taken over the phone and a confirmation email will be sent. All orders taken before 3.00pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day via courier delivery and will be delivered within 48 hours. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday, over the weekend and on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Postage is free for orders over £60.00 and £3.60 for orders under £60.00.

Faulty Items and Queries
If for any reason you are unhappy with a Jenson E-Cig product, please get in touch with our customer service team on 0208 619 1066 or[email protected]. Please retain all the products as you may be asked to return these to us.
We are currently experiencing problems with customers not being redirected back to the website & Order Confirmation emails not being received after an order has been placed.
If you receive a authorisation code after you have made payment, your order HAS been placed.
You might not get re-directed back to the website or receive an email, but providing your payment was successful, your order would have been placed.
Please do not click the back button and place your order again as your card will be charged again. If this does happen, the refund of the funds can take 2-5 days to reach your account.
