CUSTOMER NOTICE

Changes to Our Loyalty Points Programme

We’re ending the earning of new loyalty points from 29th October 2026 in response to new UK government restrictions on vaping and nicotine promotions.

We understand this will be disappointing. We have valued being able to reward your loyalty, but we must comply with the new rules and are changing our programme accordingly.

You can still redeem the loyalty points you have already accumulated, subject to the applicable redemption terms.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Key Takeaway

New points will no longer be earned, but you can still use your existing balance under the redemption terms.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU

New Points Ending

From 29th October 2026, purchases will no longer earn loyalty points.

You can still redeem the points already in your account, subject to the redemption terms.

Why We’re Changing

We’re changing our programme in response to government restrictions. Compliance with the law is compulsory.
