Our business office hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
2. Our Products
2.1. We make every effort to ensure the descriptions and images of our products displayed on our website are as accurate as possible but cannot be held responsible for minor differences. There may be colour differences on packaging and devices between images viewed on computers and mobile devices which are outside of our control.
2.2 We reserve the right to withdraw any products from the website at any time without notice. All due consideration will be taken to complete orders where possible.
3.1 You must be aged 18 years or over to legally purchase from Jenson E-Cig. By placing an order you are confirming that you are 18 years or over.
3.2 Ordering online is quick and easy. Add products to your basket then proceed to checkout to enter your delivery and payment information. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all information entered in the ordering process is correct as we cannot accept responsibility for misspelt data and address information.
3.3 The customer will receive an email confirmation from us with details of the order, including item descriptions and quantities together with confirmation of payment. This email is also the Despatch Confirmation and forms the contract between Jenson E-Cig and you, the customer.
3.4 Payment for goods is made via Cardsave. You are not required to hold a Cardsave account to use this service. You will be able to pay with a credit/debit card only.
3.5 If we are unable to fulfil your order due to a product being out of stock or no longer available we will make contact with you via email or by phone to offer a refund or alternative item.
4. Delivery & Returns
4.1 Your order will be prepared for despatch once the Despatch Confirmation has been sent. For orders received before 3pm Monday – Friday, these will be despatched the same day for 48 hour delivery. The courier guarantees 48 hour delivery excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday, over the weekend and on bank holidays will be despatched the next working day.
4.2 We despatch items using a 48 hour courier service. If items are not received within the 72 hours of despatch you can contact Jenson E-Cig on firstname.lastname@example.org. The courier service may also send you a text alert with delivery information. The courier company will be able to provide proof of delivery, without signatures, in accordance with their company policies.
4.3 Any items that arrive damaged or faulty should be reported to Jenson E-Cig within 48 hours of delivery by email or phone. We will email instructions on how to return the product to Jenson E-Cig, and we will either refund the item or arrange despatch of another product.
4.4 We cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues once the parcel has been collected by the courier.
5.1 All prices of products listed include VAT at the standard UK current rate (20%).
5.2 We may, without notice, amend the prices of our products. These prices will not affect orders already paid for and where goods are yet to be received. For orders in process, we will contact you with an option to continue your purchase or cancel.
6. Your Rights
6.1 Purchasing products online are covered by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013.
6.2 Orders may be cancelled at any time within fourteen working days from the day of delivery. Should you exercise this right you must take reasonable care of the goods during this period.
6.3 To cancel an order:
6.3.1 Send an email to email@example.com advising you wish to cancel the order, including order number, name and address, or calling us on 0208 619 1066.
6.3.2 Securely package up your returning products to minimise any potential damage that may occur during the return. Ensure devices/batteries are turned off and disconnected.
6.3.3 Arrange for the return of the items using the appropriate delivery service. The costs incurred in the return will not be reimbursed unless the items were faulty or damaged upon receipt. 6.3.4 Once the items are received back we will process your refund within 14 days, for the items and original postage providing the items are received back in an unused condition and in their original packaging.
