We are currently experiencing problems with customers not being redirected back to the website & Order Confirmation emails not being received after an order has been placed.
If you receive a authorisation code after you have made payment, your order HAS been placed.
You might not get re-directed back to the website or receive an email, but providing your payment was successful, your order would have been placed.
Please do not click the back button and place your order again as your card will be charged again. If this does happen, the refund of the funds can take 2-5 days to reach your account.
We are working on fixing this issue and hope to have this resolved asap and apologise for any inconvenience.
